Description

ENTERPRISE Alignment is a two-day workshop that allows you to explore the Shingo™ Model more deeply, with a focus on the Enterprise Alignment dimension and its key principles: think systemically, create constancy of purpose, and create value for the customer.

Building on the knowledge acquired in DISCOVER Excellence and SYSTEMS Design, this workshop helps you understand how to clearly connect strategy, management systems, and observed daily behaviors. You will examine how organizations can design simple, comprehensive, and standardized systems to support the desired direction and focus efforts on what truly creates value. You will also explore value stream alignment, which is essential to reduce gaps between strategic intent and actual execution.

Throughout the workshop, you will deepen your understanding of ideal behaviors and the systems that enable them, in order to strengthen organizational alignment and achieve sustainable results.

An immersive and participative experience

Flexible format: available in person or online, fully participative

This workshop can be delivered either in person or online, depending on your needs. Regardless of the format, the experience remains highly interactive and immersive. Your active participation is expected: camera on (for online delivery), frequent interaction, group exercises, and engagement in discussions.

For online delivery, “Gemba” visits are conducted live through the instructor present in the host organization, who moves in real time to observe processes and illustrate alignment between strategy, systems, and behaviors. In an in-person setting, these observations are carried out directly on site. In both cases, you are invited to interact, ask questions, and engage with employees to better understand how alignment drives performance and value creation.

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

• Explain the Enterprise Alignment dimension of the Shingo guiding principles
• Clearly describe the relationship between principles, systems, and behaviors
• Understand how systems influence behaviors and shape results
• Identify behavioral indicators related to the principles: Think Systemically, Create Constancy of Purpose, and Create Value for the Customer
• Use the Go & See practice to recognize the application of the Enterprise Alignment dimension within an organization
