This program targets managers and professionals involved in supervising or managing process optimization teams. The content of our training has been revised to adapt to the reality of managers and facilitate the application of concepts in their daily tasks.
Prerequisite
White Belt is an asset.
Description
In this training course, you will discover the five reflexes that make up the DNA of LEAN managers. You will become familiar with the role of the leader and learn how these reflexes can influence your management behaviours to support a LEAN culture transformation within your organization.
In addition to learning how to identify waste in your processes, you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of LEAN thinking, problem-solving techniques and the benefits of the Daily Management System (DMS).
Training is offered either in person or online. Our instructor will use a PowerPoint presentation to introduce the theoretical concepts. Several facilitation techniques will be used for dynamic and participative training sessions: brainstorming, discussions and practical exercises.
To obtain the LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, you must attend all training days and pass the theory exam with a minimum mark of 80%. Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the certification at the end of the course.
Objectives
At the end of this training course, you will be able to mobilize your team to improve processes by eliminating waste on a continuous basis and applying root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques. You’ll be able to develop your teams’ potential and support your teams’ potential and support your organization in adopting LEAN management reflexes.
